Er ist erh\u00e4ltlich in teigartiger, fl\u00fcssiger oder granulierter Form.<\/p>\n<p>PANATURA<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> wird durch einen firmeneigenen Fermentationsprozess hergestellt, der mindestens 72 Stunden dauert und die Valorisierung von Nebenstr\u00f6men (\u201eUpcycling\u201c) umfasst, wodurch zur Kreislaufwirtschaft beigetragen wird.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser besondere Fermentationsprozess nutzt spezielle St\u00e4mme von B\u00e4ckerhefe und nat\u00fcrlich vorkommende Milchs\u00e4urebakterien in einer symbiotischen Beziehung.
